COVID 19 Message to Customers

As the current coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to impact at the local and national levels, Patrick GMC continues to make the safety of our employees and customers the top priority.

These core values have always been important to us, but due to the unprecedented events of last week, here are some preventative measures we are taking:

  1. We will continue to stress the frequency of hand washing.
  2. Providing a welcoming environment to facilitate trustworthy deals is something we are incredibly passionate about, but please do not be upset when we do not shake your hand. We believe a warm smile can provide the same level of appreciation for you being here.
  3. We are intensifying our efforts already in place to maintain a clean, safe workplace by increasing the frequency of disinfecting high-use areas, countertops, door handles, and desktops.
  4. If any of our employees are not feeling well, we are encouraging them to stay home.
  5. Our cashier and anyone else that handles cash or credit cards will be wearing gloves.

Beyond these preventative measures, we are continuing to monitor information. As suggestions and best practices continue to surface, we will continue to evolve as well.

We understand that you still have ongoing sales and service needs. We want to fulfill those needs and respect your desire to maintain some social distance. For sales requests, please ask about virtual car demonstrations. And we are more than happy to bring your desired vehicle to you fully sanitized for you to evaluate in person. From there, we can even pick up your trade-in and handle the majority of the transaction electronically should you want to move forward. For service requests, please ask about our pick-up and drop-off services.
